At Haynes, we implement a 3 Zone Perimeter Pest Prevention Program which enables us to pursue maximum protection of your home and property while minimizing the environmental impact.
The initial pest service involves inspecting the interior for pests as well as treatment, if necessary, which may also include the installation of monitoring boards for insects or rodents.
A specially targeted liquid application is applied around the lower perimeter of the structure as a defense against pest entry. Ants and other general pests are deterred from the home while pollinators are not harmed.
Zone 2 goes one step further in controlling ants and is applied as a granule from the end of Zone 1 out an additional five feet.
Zone 3 targets specific areas beyond Zone 2, such as playground areas or nearby landscaped areas. Seasonally, we may use granules that help control many pest such as centipedes, millipedes, and roaches.
With Haynes, you can expect transparency because your time is valuable. We send upcoming appointment notices by email and text 15 days and 2 days before the scheduled appointment.
Our trained technician will arrive in a marked vehicle and uniform. They will announce their presence on the property. Once the technician has completed the service, a completed Invoice and Appointment Record is emailed.
You can quickly view your invoice highlighting information such as time in/out, products used and where they were applied, how much product was used, and what pests were affected.
Also, we can include pictures and comments about the service. It’s as if you were with the technician. Plus, you no longer must hunt down a paper invoice. Great service! No Hassle!
